• Four lengths are on sale: three, six, twelve and twenty-four months. The lineup is identical in every one of them.
• Each plan is a single payment that ends when its length does. Nothing renews behind the scenes.
• Your login reaches you by email, normally around fifteen minutes after checkout.
• The free trial is 24 hours long and needs no credit card. There is one free trial per customer and per device, and access stops when the day is up.
• Lineups are not fixed, and picture quality varies with the title, the display and the internet line.
• Support is by email only, at support@ukiptv.xyz. The mailbox is open 24/7.

Prices are the total you pay at checkout — no extra fees. As a reminder, the plans cost £39.95 for three months, £59.95 for six, £79.95 for twelve and £129.95 for twenty-four. The checkout provider's page is where you pay.

UK IPTV refund policy

When support cannot get the service going for you, a full refund can be requested by email within 7 days of purchase. Use the address you ordered with, and say what is going wrong, since support will try to fix the problem first.

After the service is running, wanting your money back because you have changed your mind is not covered. Nothing beyond this is offered on refunds.

UK IPTV privacy under UK GDPR

Under UK GDPR the details that matter here are few. What we keep is your email address, along with the order details needed to deliver and support your subscription. The checkout provider takes payment, not this site. A message to support is kept so that we can answer it.

A complaint about the way your data is handled can go to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), which regulates data protection in the UK.
